Special Congregational Meeting

The Board of Trustees of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Asheville has called

A Special Meeting of the Congregation on

Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 4pm

in the Sanctuary of 1 Edwin Place

The purpose of the meeting is to hear a presentation from the Board on results of the LOV Project (Living Our Values) and to vote on a resolution concerning becoming a Sanctuary Congregation.  The record date for determining Voting Members shall be Thursday, October 26, 2017.

If you will not be able to attend the Congregational  Meeting, you may vote by proxy ballot, either on paper (by printing out a ballot or obtaining one from the UUCA office) or electronically.  Deadline for proxy ballots to be received in the UUCA office, is noon, Friday, October 27, 2017.  No ballots will be accepted after this deadline.
